RETURN POLICY

At Eco Nirvana, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, your satisfaction is our number one priority.
Returns can be accepted for up to 30 days from date of purchase, for any reason other than manufacturing defects. 

HOW TO RETURN

The returned item(s) should be packed in a securely packaged box or envelope. 
Please ensure your name and address is included in the return.

Please note: Shipping charges are not included in the return process. We also recommend that you insure and track the package. 
Eco Nirvana is not responsible for packages returned without tracking information.
 

REFUND PROCESS

Most returns will process within three weeks, depending on your method of return. Once processed, a refund can be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing.

 

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item with your order, take a picture of the item and send to econirvana@yahoo.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the item. In the same email, please include your order number, the quantity and item name of each item, and if you would like a replacement or refund. Once approved, our team will provide you with a return label at no charge to you.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange items in your order, please email us at econirvana@yahoo.com.au . This way we can confirm with you that the replacement item is available. If your items have been specially ordered there may be a re-stocking charge of 10% . If your replacement items need to be ordered and arrive via international air freight there will be an additional freight charge.

CANCELLATIONS

We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been processed.
